About me

Hi! I am Jill Orsatti, a Professional Life, Career and Business Coach.  I am certified by the International Coaching Federation through the

Certified Life Coach Institute.  I also have an accreditation in Life Purpose Coaching from the Priority Academy, a Bachelors degree in Biologic science from Rosemont College and Strategy Certification from Harvard Business School.  

What is it about Coaching that speaks to me?  

My passion for coaching stems from 

the growth and personal development gained through a lifetime pursuit of learning and transforming myself.  I have utilized this wisdom to create a successful career, a stable and dynamic life and an outlook full of gratitude and personal happiness.  Developing the skills to handle any level of adversity has been crucial to personal success and resilience. 

My business career has encompassed working for Fortune 100s to startups within the medical device space.   As a sales leader, I have spent many years coaching, motivating and developing my sales people.  This has been an area that I have enjoyed greatly, which has translated naturally into coaching. 

Personally, I grew up in challenging circumstances, which taught me the power of learning to overcome adversity and self-reliance. Hardship motivates one to change and change results in growth.  

As a life long learner, I believe our lives are a journey and in order to achieve the dreams that we envision, we must continue to grow and transform, learning new tools to master our relationships, our jobs, find our passion and ultimately satisfaction. 

My philsophy is to provide support, empathy, guidance and accountability, guiding mindset shifts, letting go of the past, focusing on future aspirations and teaching new tools to help empower and enhance your natural talents and abilities.

This requires exploring your limiting beliefs, finding your true purpose, determining specific, realistic goals, guiding decision making, while embracing new perspectives, change and more.
