About me

Intro

Hi! I am Jill Orsatti, a Professional Life coach.  

I am certified by the International Coaching Federation through the Certified Life Coach Institute.  Accredited in Life Purpose coaching from the Priority Academy.  I have a Bachelors degree in Biology from Rosemont College and Strategy certification from Harvard Business School. 

Career

I have been in sales leadership in the orthopedic and spinal medical device space, working with start ups to Fortune 100 companies.  As a sales leader, I have spent many years coaching, motivating and developing people and getting results. 

Adversity and Growth

I grew up in traumatic circumstances, which gave me the opportunity to learn how to overcome adversity, find ways to reframe things, push through to the other side and build self-reliance.  Hardship motivates one to change and change results in growth. Developing the skills to handle any hardship has been crucial to personal success and resilience in my life. 

Transformation

My passion for coaching stems from receiving guidance and help through a lifetime pursuit of therapy, conferences, coaching, seminars and more, which allowed me to find happiness and transform myself. I have utilized this wisdom to create a successful career, a stable and dynamic life and an outlook full of gratitude and personal happiness.

By exploring your limiting beliefs, negative patterns, challenges, embracing new perspectives, building confidence, creating realistic goals, reducing anxiety and despair, replacing it with hope, while working toward change.
